Job Description
KOVAI MOBILES is looking for a motivated Telecaller to be part of our Mobile Service team. The successful candidate will connect with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our mobile services, address inquiries, and enhance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to present service plans and current promotions.
- Managing inbound calls to provide information and support.
- Building customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
