Job Description

Broomees India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to strengthen our customer relations and sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and motivated to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with our customers.
• Provide valuable feedback to the sales team and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Exhibit strong sales skills and a keen understanding of commercial dynamics.
