Job Description
MAX VALUE CREDITS & INVESTMENTS Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to cultivate client relationships, promote our microfinance products, and provide essential financial literacy education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture client relationships within rural communities.
- Guide clients through loan applications and disbursements.
- Monitor loan repayments while offering financial advice.
- Deliver financial literacy education to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a valid driving license, exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to work in rural areas.
