The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in crafting authentic South Indian cuisine, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambars, and chutneys, while upholding our commitment to exceptional taste, quality, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional South Indian dishes.
- Ensure high food quality and appropriate portion sizes.
- Efficiently operate kitchen equipment.
- Oversee ingredient inventory management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely meal service.

Salary: ₹9,569.36 – ₹31,410.45 per month
