Job Description
Era Projects is looking for a proficient Quantity Surveyor, with a specialization in MEP, to join our Bahrain office. In this role, you will be tasked with preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), overseeing cost control measures, and assisting in procurement activities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline and have 6–8 years of applicable experience in the GCC region. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and a robust knowledge of MEP systems are critical. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position.
