Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of partners and secondary agents within the assigned geography.
- Manage reporting from Jio Digital Repair Specialists.
- Coordinate with teams involved in the Air Fiber business.
- Conduct visits to General Trade partners.
- Perform sample audits for installations.
- Collect customer feedback through calls.
- Supervise partner onboarding and maintain quality standards.
- Address and resolve surveillance tickets promptly.
- Train secondary agents and provide support to Fiber engineers.
- Monitor the productivity of engineers.
Education Requirement: Graduation (preferably in a Science stream).
Experience Requirement: 3 to 5 years.
