Job Description

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Position: Customer Service – Contact Center Team Member
Salary: ₹30,621.84 – ₹44,437.99 per month (maximum 5.5 CTC)
Experience: 6 months to 3 years, preferably with HR coordination and International BPO experience.
Shift: Day Shift – 8 AM to 8 PM (any 9 hours, with fixed weekends off)
Communication Requirements: Excellent communication skills; C1 voice selection is mandatory.
Please note: Transportation boundaries include Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, and Sion.
