Job Description
Maheshwari Sons Pvt. Ltd. is actively looking for a reliable Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, organizing meetings, and maintaining up-to-date contact lists. Additional duties include preparing reports, managing files, evaluating inventory, and ordering necessary office supplies.
Furthermore, you will coordinate interviews, oversee the onboarding process for new hires, maintain attendance records for the sales teams, and handle HR-related documentation. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹20,00.00. Benefits include leave encashment, and the role requires in-person presence.
