Job Description
Bislap Business Solutions is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to become part of our dynamic team in Calicut. The Telecaller will primarily be responsible for making outbound calls to both potential and existing customers, providing detailed information about our offerings, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Respond to incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Telecaller or Telemarketer is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary: ₹15,00 + incentives (Full-time, Permanent)
