Job Description
Cutie Pie Cakes is on the lookout for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to manage and coordinate maintenance operations across our 20+ locations. The successful candidate will ensure that all equipment, facilities, and utilities are functioning effectively while leading a dedicated maintenance team to provide prompt and cost-efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance activities.
- Establish and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Address emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance at all outlets.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
