Role Overview:
Fabyouare Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to oversee customer interactions related to online orders. This position involves confirming Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient post-order communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm customers’ COD and prepaid orders.
- Resolve product and delivery-related queries.
- Collaborate with the team for order updates and exchanges.
- Accurately maintain call logs and update customer records.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience consistently.
