Job Description
Shott Amusement Limited is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our team. This full-time, permanent position is located at our KOPA Mall branch in Pune, Maharashtra.
Salary: Starting at ₹14,600 for freshers and ₹15,00 for experienced candidates.
Eligibility: Candidates must have completed at least the 10th or 12th grade, or hold a degree.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers, provide explanations regarding games, and handle billing processes efficiently.
Working Hours: Employees will work 9-hour shifts, with one day off per week. Shift availability varies between male and female employees.
