Job Description

DrinkPrime is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Chat Support Agent to join our Customer Success team. We value individuals who are enthusiastic about providing timely, precise, and compassionate support through digital communication channels. While experience with Freshchat or similar platforms is advantageous, a strong commitment to excellent service is paramount.

Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through live chat, assess their needs, uphold communication standards, escalate complex issues appropriately, and maintain detailed records of conversations.

Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in chat-based customer support, familiarity with chat tools, exceptional writing skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Availability for rotational shifts is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹250,00.00 – ₹350,00.00 annually
