Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join Oxxon as Front Office Staff. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications: Degree or Diploma
Experience: 6 months
Salary: Starting at $13,00 per year, with Food & Accommodation included
Gender: Open to both Male and Female applicants. Freshers are encouraged to apply!
Working Hours:
Female: 8 AM – 6 PM
Male: 6 PM – 8 AM (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from guests.
- Assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts.
- Address guest requests and resolve complaints.
- Keep accurate records of guest charges.
