Job Description
D.B. Group spa is currently seeking a meticulous Operations Documentation Junior Specialist. This role involves supporting the preparation and issuance of transport documents, ensuring compliance with shipment documentation, and assisting in coordination with carriers and customs brokers. The specialist will manage shipping files, provide document copies to customers, and help monitor customs clearance deadlines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is required. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
