Job Description
FROOT COFFEE is actively seeking an experienced Porotta Master to enhance our culinary team. The successful candidate will skilled in preparing fresh, authentic Kerala-style porottas in bulk, while upholding strict hygiene standards during food preparation. Efficiency during peak hours is essential, alongside assisting with various kitchen duties and adhering to specific restaurant recipes.
Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in dough preparation, strong understanding of kitchen operations, ability to work well under pressure, and a dedication to food safety are required.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
