Job Description
CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd., situated in Chakan, Pune, is in search of a qualified Team Leader Production (Furnace). The ideal candidate will possess a B.E. / B.Tech in Production or a related field, along with 13-15 years of pertinent experience.
The key responsibilities of this role include achieving production targets, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and promoting teamwork within the production department. A strong background in furnace operations and familiarity with ISO, IATF, and OHSAS standards is required.
This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹1,200,00.00 to ₹1,600,00.00 annually.
