Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for the role of Process Document Specialist. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for reviewing and comprehending process documentation provided by our clients. Your duties will encompass essential administrative tasks, including mail management, file services, reporting, and general account support activities.
Ideal candidates will be recent graduates with strong analytical skills, basic knowledge of insurance, and typing proficiency (at least 21 WPM). Excellent communication skills are a plus, and a degree with English as a core subject is required.
The working schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST. Candidates must be prepared to commit to a full night shift and demonstrate flexibility during peak periods.
