Job Description
Ganesh Enterprises is excited to invite applications for the role of Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions through calls, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring timely issue resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with order placements and provide support throughout the purchasing process.
- Professionally address inbound inquiries across various communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in the e-commerce sector.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
