Job Description
Location: Kandivali West
Company: Ecolux Enterprises
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in customer care, client servicing, or back-office coordination is required.
Working Days: 6 Days a Week, Shift Time: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients regarding payments.
- Create invoices using Tally.
- Coordinate updates and documentation for clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and payment tracking.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
- Provide support to the sales and operations team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Tally.
- Detail-oriented and proactive; preference for female candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
