Job Description
DHL is actively seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Territory Service Representative (TSR-PTU). In this position, you will be tasked with essential responsibilities such as unloading, scanning, and sorting shipments, as well as ensuring the accurate delivery of packages to customer addresses. You will also be responsible for taking customer acknowledgments via personal devices (BYOD), updating status codes for undelivered shipments, and ensuring timely pickups and documentation at customer locations. Additionally, you will load bags into vehicles and manage shipments efficiently. Training sessions will cover delivery and pickup processes in detail. A professional dress code is mandatory.
