Job Description
The Lumo is looking for a dedicated Chat Associate to join our team in Vikhroli, Mumbai. We require candidates with over one year of experience in an international BPO, call center, or voice/chat role. Strong English communication skills are essential.
Your responsibilities will include resolving queries through chat, with shifts available around the clock, 24/7. We offer a 5-day work week with 2 rotational days off, along with transportation facilities.
The salary ranges from ₹30,400.71 to ₹42,933.25, depending on your skills and experience. Immediate joining is necessary.
