This role involves managing customer interactions via phone, assisting with banking products and services, resolving queries and complaints, and promoting bank products through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide comprehensive information on banking products.
- Swiftly address and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Meet sales and call handling performance targets.
