Job Description
Location: Jaji’s Head Office, Polayathodu, Kollam
Jaji’s Innovation Pvt. Ltd., a prominent player in Kerala’s beauty and wellness sector with over 20 years of unparalleled service, is looking for an enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and receive calls to and from customers.
- Communicate service details, promotions, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proficient communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Prior experience in tele calling or customer care is preferred.
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
