Job Description
Magnetite Solicitors and Advocates is looking for a committed Junior Advocate to provide support across various legal functions. Key responsibilities include drafting petitions, affidavits, and legal notices, as well as preparing and filing cases in different courts. This role also entails conducting legal research related to pertinent case laws and requires frequent court visits for filings and hearings.
Additional duties consist of maintaining case files, assisting in client meetings, and liaising with court clerks. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional drafting skills and keen attention to detail.
