Job Description
SR DATA TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding failed delivery attempts, gathering information for reattempts, and maintaining precise records to ensure operational efficiency.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics or customer support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
This is a full-time position requiring availability from 10 AM to 7 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, with a competitive salary ranging from ₹20,00 to ₹40,00 monthly. Benefits include health insurance and a provident fund.
