Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated female professional with extensive experience in training and development, specifically in learner-centric pedagogy, to spearhead our government school skilling initiatives.
Location: Chennai, Guindy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for training a national pool of trainers, ensuring high-quality training delivery, and providing on-ground support in various states across India.
Ideal applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in training, outstanding communication skills, and a strong passion for improving government school education.
Salary: ₹30,00.00 – ₹60,00.00 per month.
