Job Description
We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Territory Service Representatives at DHL. The key responsibilities for this role include unloading, scanning, and sorting shipments for timely delivery. You will be tasked with ensuring that packages reach the correct addresses and collecting customer acknowledgments while updating delivery statuses. Additionally, you will manage undelivered shipments and report issues to your supervisor. Adherence to the company dress code and the use of field bags during deliveries is essential. Responsibilities also encompass timely pickups, counting shipments, and executing sorting and bagging processes. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring that we meet our customers’ needs promptly.
