Job Description
Aabasoft is looking for a proactive Junior Procurement Associate to enhance our procurement team by sourcing materials and equipment for ELV and BMS systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring all purchases are cost-efficient, delivered promptly, and in accordance with project and company specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and procurement of ELV and BMS materials.
- Engage with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms.
- Compare quotations while maintaining accurate purchase records.
- Verify materials meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay informed on new products and current market pricing.
Required Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
