Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist for our Diamond Showroom. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries across multiple channels, processing orders, returns, and refunds accurately, and professionally managing complaints and feedback. You will also coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and maintain detailed customer records using CRM tools.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in e-commerce is preferred.
Compensation for this position ranges from ₹30,00.00 to ₹35,00.00 per month, and work will be conducted in person.
