Job Description

Finotive Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Melting Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will oversee production execution, ensure liquid metal quality, manage slag, and operate and maintain furnaces. Your responsibilities will also include resource management and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, or a related discipline) and possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in melting processes within the foundry sector. Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
