Job Description

In this pivotal position, you will oversee Client Servicing and Relationship Management, ensuring our clients are both satisfied and well-informed about the array of services we provide. Your efforts will drive Client Retention and Renewals by expertly managing contracts and offering insights that highlight the value of our solutions.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will identify key Upselling and Cross-Selling opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to effectively address client needs. Furthermore, you will engage in Collaboration and Reporting, working closely with various departments to resolve client queries and maintain comprehensive client records.
