Job Description
Experience: 0–3 years | Qualification: Degree in Hotel Management
We are seeking a Trainee to support Front Office staff, supervisors, catering, housekeeping, security, drivers, and room attendants while maintaining the hotel’s service standards. The role involves proactively monitoring guest satisfaction, promptly resolving inquiries, requests, and complaints, and ensuring adherence to safety and emergency procedures. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills is preferred.
