Job Description
Zon Holidays seeks a full-time Telesales Executive to sell domestic and international tour packages. Candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi and have 1+ year of tele/inside sales experience (travel industry preferred). Salary: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month. Work mode: in person.
- Core skills: strong verbal communication, negotiation, active listening, basic MS Office/CRM proficiency, target-driven mindset, and familiarity with popular destinations.
- Responsibilities: make outbound calls to convert leads, present and tailor packages, assess customer needs, maintain call logs and follow-ups, meet sales targets, handle queries professionally, and coordinate bookings with operations.
