Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive to deliver exemplary guest service from arrival to departure. Key duties include greeting guests, managing reservations, addressing inquiries and complaints, coordinating with housekeeping and operations, processing check-in/check-out, and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Requirements: 1–2 years of hospitality experience; fluent English; strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with property management or booking systems, professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a flexible schedule are essential.
