Job Description

We are seeking a Voice Process Associate to handle inbound and outbound calls for residential projects: verify leads, engage prospects, and schedule site visits. This office-based, full-time role in Coimbatore requires 1–3 years of experience (real estate preferred).

• Key responsibilities: qualify leads and update CRM; explain pricing, amenities, and location; convert leads to confirmed visits; coordinate appointments with sales executives; send confirmations and reminders; maintain follow-up cycles; prepare daily and weekly reports tracking lead → visit → booking.
• Required skills: fluent in Tamil and English; telecalling or customer service experience; strong persuasion, objection-handling, and active-listening abilities; basic computer and CRM proficiency.
• Salary: ₹12,00–₹20,00 per month.
