Job Description
We are seeking an Export Documentation Executive with 1–3 years of experience and a degree in any discipline. The successful candidate will manage export procedures and prepare pre- and post-shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping details, GSP/Certificates of Origin, L/C, eBRC, Airway Bill/Bill of Lading, and proforma/sales invoices.
- Coordinate with customs clearing and forwarding agents
- Handle customs, bank, and insurance formalities
- Ensure compliance with export processes, customs regulations, and export incentive schemes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
