Job Description
Arch-Espaco is a dynamic architectural firm in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) working on projects across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. We seek a full-time Project Architect to join our young, energetic team, contributing to design from concept through construction.
Responsibilities include preparing drawings and construction details, reviewing contract documents, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design and build quality.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture; 0–4 years’ experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools
- Experience with detailing, specifications, construction administration, and project coordination
- Sustainable design knowledge and NCA registration are a plus
- Salary: ₹20,00–₹35,00/month; primarily in-person in Thiruvananthapuram
