Job Description
BeastDrive seeks a professional Telecaller to conduct outbound calls to leads and customers, clearly presenting activities, packages, schedules, safety features, and pricing while recommending appropriate options based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate call and booking records; follow up to convert interest into confirmed bookings.
- Provide basic support for registration, guidelines, and ticket validity.
- Promote special offers, seasonal packages, group discounts, and event bookings.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversions, and sales.
- Required languages: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, and English. Work location: in person.
- Compensation: ₹15,00–₹25,00 per month.
