Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide first-line technical assistance via phone, chat, and email. Duties include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, logging and tracking tickets, escalating complex cases, and maintaining clear documentation.
- Minimum 1 year of helpdesk experience; basic networking knowledge and familiarity with Windows and macOS required.
- Strong verbal and written communication, customer-focused attitude, and effective problem-solving skills.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification is a plus. Shift flexibility and commitment to timely resolutions and teamwork are essential.
