Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Events and Travel Coordinator to plan and execute corporate events, meetings, incentive tours, conferences, and exhibitions. Responsibilities include coordinating with venues, hotels, logistics teams, and vendors; preparing itineraries, agendas, and client proposals; managing registrations, participant lists, and on-site operations; and ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Design and manage domestic and international travel itineraries; book flights, hotels, transport, and tours.
- Maintain communication with travel partners and suppliers; address client queries and resolve on-ground issues.
- Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documents.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent • Pay: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month • Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund • Work Location: In person
