Job Description
Harishmane Infratech seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Duties include preparing Bills of Quantities and budgets, preparing tender documents, analyzing bids, and implementing procurement strategies. Post-contract responsibilities involve financial monitoring, managing variations, interim valuations, payment claims, and administering construction contracts (FIDIC/local).
- Experience: 2–4 years in construction or infrastructure
- Skills: advanced MS Excel; strong contract and cost-control expertise; analytical and negotiation skills
- Employment: full-time, on-site; salary ₹20,00–₹50,00/month; Provident Fund
