Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Experience Expert to deliver exceptional service, cultivate lasting guest relationships, and ensure memorable stays. You will welcome guests, address inquiries and complaints promptly, collect and report guest feedback, coordinate with operations, and train team members. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service, excellent communication, empathy, strong problem-solving abilities, and flexible availability. Multilingual applicants are preferred. Responsibilities also include personalized service delivery, strategic upselling, and maintaining accurate guest satisfaction reports.
