Job Description
We are seeking a full-time VIP Service Executive to support premium international members. Location: Andheri, Mumbai. Shift: Night (11 PM–8 AM). This in-person role requires HSC or graduate qualification and a minimum of 1 year of experience in international customer service or voice processes.
- Manage and nurture relationships with VIP clients
- Curate and recommend compatible matches and facilitate conversations
- Provide relationship guidance, ensure strict confidentiality, and conduct regular follow-ups
- Exhibit excellent English, cross-cultural sensitivity, empathy, and a results-driven approach
Compensation: ₹400,00–₹600,00/year plus health insurance, paid leave, Provident Fund, incentives, and learning and career development opportunities.
