Job Description
Medlounges is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to deliver professional front-line support. Location: Medlounges. Salary: ₹12,00–₹18,00 per month. Applicants must hold a degree in any discipline, be up to 28 years old, and be able to speak and understand English.
Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, handling inquiries by phone, message, and in person, maintaining and updating customer records, coordinating with internal teams to resolve concerns, and supporting front office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask politely, and a presentable, professional demeanor. This is a full-time, permanent position open to freshers; work is in person.
