Job Description
HRQuadrant is seeking a Branch Relationship Officer to assist walk-in customers at bank branches in Kochi, Kottayam, Thrissur, and Trivandrum. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, presenting life insurance products, maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, and converting leads provided by the Relationship Manager.
This is a full-time, on-roll (on payroll), permanent, in-person role offering a fixed salary with incentives (₹25,00–₹40,00/month), Provident Fund (PF), training, and opportunities for career growth.
- Requirements: Graduate with at least 1 year of sales experience (banking preferred)
