Job Description
We are seeking a Structural Designer/Modeler to join our Chennai office. Responsibilities include producing Revit 3D models and annotated 2D production drawings; managing BIM workflows (folder organization, sheet sets, geo-location, plotting, file conversions, transmittals); maintaining structural BIM/CAD files; coordinating with engineers and clients; using Navisworks; and preparing deliverables and occasional renderings.
- Qualifications: 2–5 years Revit/BIM experience, strong AutoCAD skills, Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, spatial/3D thinking, ability to draft sections/details with minimal engineering input, strong communication, and teamwork.
- Full-time, permanent; day shift Mon–Fri with occasional weekend availability. Salary from ₹30,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, and Provident Fund. On-site in Chennai—reliable commute or planned relocation required.
