Job Description
Bloom Matrix seeks an experienced CMO to drive user growth for AstroTamil, a rapidly expanding Tamil astrology and matrimony app. You will develop cross‑channel strategies to scale acquisition in Tamil Nadu and global Tamil communities, secure influencer and brand partnerships, optimize funnels to reduce CAC, and implement retention, referral, and engagement systems. Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to align growth initiatives with roadmap and metrics.
- Requirements: Proven consumer app growth track record and deep understanding of Tamil digital audiences.
- Role: Full‑time, in‑person.
- Compensation: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month.
