Job Description
Wilton Hotel & Restaurants seeks a professional Sous Chef specializing in South Indian cuisine. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise culinary staff, and maintain an efficient, organized workflow to ensure consistent quality and service.
- Assist the Executive Chef with menu development, recipe formulation, and accurate costing.
- Train new team members, manage staff schedules, and enforce kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, supervise food preparation to uphold high culinary standards, and ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Perform administrative duties including performance reviews and operational recordkeeping.
