Job Description
XYLEM LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a full-time, permanent Academic Mentor to guide NEET and JEE aspirants. The mentor will maintain academic consistency, motivation, and discipline by monitoring attendance, tracking test scores, analyzing performance, and identifying weaknesses to coordinate timely remedial measures.
- Facilitate regular communication with faculty and parents
- Coordinate doubt-clearing sessions and schedule academic support
- Provide exam strategy guidance and foster a positive learning environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills required
Salary: ₹15,00–₹16,00 per month.
